Refund & Return Policy
At Kem Store UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original packaging, with tags still attached.
- Free from makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear.
- Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons):
- Lingerie and underwear.
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed).
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@kemstoreuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) and send them back using a tracked service.
📌 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kemstoreuk.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
